Where do you ship?

What paper do you print on?

Hahnemühle German Etching 310 g/m².

Are the originals for sale?

Yes. Available originals are listed here. You can join my mailing list if you wish to be notified when new artwork is released.

Are the prints framed?

I offer optional framing for the largest print size (60 × 80 cm). Smaller sizes are supplied unframed.

Which orders include a Certificate of Authenticity?

All prints and original artworks are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Do prints come signed?

Prints are supplied unsigned unless otherwise agreed.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please email me at contact@nicolaengstroem.com as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receiving the package. I will assist you with the next steps.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged artwork or print
  • All sides of the outer packaging
  • The shipping label

Also include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the damage

Please keep all the packaging materials until the case is resolved.

Will I have to pay import fees?

You may have to pay import duties, or customs fees if you are ordering from outside Sweden/EU. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

If you're unsure about your countrys rules please check your local customs website for the most accurate information.

When will my order ship?

Delivery times vary depending on product type. 

  • Original artworks: typically dispatched within 5 business days
  • Fine art prints: typically dispatched within 5 business days
  • Commissioned work: delivery time according to written agreement
