Are the artworks/prints framed?

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork is sold unframed to reduce shipping risk and allow collectors to choose framing that suits their home.

Which orders include a Certificate of Authenticity?

Original artwork and prints of a limited edition include a certificate of authenticity signed by me.

What is a limited edition?

A fixed number of prints (for example, 1 - 30). Once sold out, no more prints of that edition will ever be produced.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Email me at contact@nicolaengstroem.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged artwork or print
  • All sides of the outer packaging
  • The shipping label

Also include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the damage

Please keep all the packaging materials until the case is resolved.

What is your packaging process?

To protect your artwork from moisture, bending, and abrasion during transit:

  • I wear cotton or nitrile gloves to avoid any oils touching the artwork
  • Each print is signed, inspected and wrapped in protective paper
  • For rolled prints, the artwork is rolled loosely image-side out, secured with threat, cushioned with bubble wrap, and placed inside a craft-paper-lined tube with both ends protected and sealed
  • For flat shipping, the print is sandwiched between heavyweight cardstock, wrapped in craft-paper, and placed inside a rigid mailer box with reinforced edges.

Will I have to pay import fees?

You may have to pay import duties, or customs fees if you are ordering from outside Sweden/EU. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

If you're unsure about your countrys rules please check your local customs website for the most accurate information.
